Paul Archer

Director of Midland Exploration Inc. Bachelor's in Geological Engineering and Master's in Earth Science; 35+ years in mining, particularly gold and base-metal exploration in Archean terrain. Worked for Shell Minerals, Noranda Exploration, Northgate Explorations, Westminer Canada and SOQUEM (Regional Manager, Northern Quebec). VP of Exploration and Acquisitions at Virginia Mines from 1996, instrumental in discovering and developing the Eleonore project until its sale to Goldcorp. President, Quebec Prospectors Association (1996-1997); recipient, PDAC Bill Dennis Award (2006) for the Eleonore discovery.
