Co-founder of the Company (as New Jersey Mining Co.) in 1996; registered professional mining engineer (Idaho), B.S. Mining Engineering, University of Idaho. Supervises mining and milling operations at the Golden Chest mine and New Jersey Mill, including permitting, bonding and internal feasibility studies. Immediately before co-founding the Company, worked for Newmont Gold Co. on the Carlin Trend in open pit mine planning and pit supervision for three years.
