(already covered via other AAUC officers this same batch) for approximately 12 years, before joining Allied Gold's founding pre-IPO team; earlier, 21 years at TD Bank Financial Group in progressively senior executive/HR roles across retail, wealth management and wholesale/corporate banking (including SVP Human Resources at TD Canada Trust, leading HR for a 36,000-employee workforce, and international secondments in Hong Kong and London with TD Waterhouse, Apr 1998-Feb 2002); also SVP Human Resources with the Ontario Lottery Group.
