Toby Strauss

Director, President and CEO of Gemdale Gold Inc. (CGeol., EurGeol.) Holds a Master's degree in Economic Geology and a PhD in Geology (Rhodes University); Chartered Geologist (CGeol.) and European Geologist (EurGeol.), and a Qualified Person under NI 43-101. Over 30 years in the mining industry, much of it operating in Finland, from exploration geologist through executive and non-executive board roles; became President, CEO and Corporate Secretary on 1 October 2025, having previously been COO.
