Former Chairman of the Board of Alamos Gold Inc. (Chair 2015-2024, director since 2010), passing away in office on 16 Dec 2024 after playing an instrumental role in transforming Alamos from a single-asset producer into a diversified, intermediate gold company. Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers 1981-2010 (National Mining Leader 2004-2010); also CFO and EVP of Guyana Goldfields Inc. (2010-2019) and CFO of Guyana Precious Metals (2012-2018).
