Kenneth Williams

Holds a BSc (Economics, Honours) from the University of Western Australia and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University; Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Served as Group Treasurer, then CFO, then Group Finance Executive of Normandy Mining (later Newmont Australia) from 1999 to 2003, and spent 10 years as a Director and Chair of AWE Limited (ASX:AWE). Currently a Non-Executive Director of Archer Materials Ltd, a Director of SA Water, and Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Barton Gold Holdings Limited.
