David Henstridge

Self-employed professional geologist with 50 years' industry experience, including 30 years managing publicly listed companies, associated with mineral discoveries in Australia, Peru, and Finland. Moved into Canadian capital markets in 1993, co-founding five TSX Venture Exchange-listed capital pool companies (all completing qualifying transactions) and helping raise over $200 million for exploration and project development. Also serves on the boards of Hannan Metals and Auscan Resources; Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and the Geological Society of Australia.
