William Howald

Certified Professional Geologist and NI 43-101 Qualified Person with 34+ years in international exploration and mining across the Western US, Mexico, and Central/South America. Was General Manager of Exploration (US & Latin America) for Placer Dome, where his team's work contributed to the Turquoise Ridge, Pipeline, and Pueblo Viejo deposits later becoming mines. Founded Rye Patch Gold Corp. in 2006 and served as its President/CEO/Director from 2010-2018, later leading the acquisition and rapid start-up of the Florida Canyon mine in Nevada. Has raised over $300M in project financing across his career.
