Alvin W. Jackson

Professional geologist with over 40 years of experience in mineral exploration and mine development. Advisor to CopAur Minerals Inc. (TSXV: CPAU) and a Director of Evergold Corp. (TSXV: EVER). Founded EuroZinc Mining Corp., which acquired the Neves-Corvo copper mine and the Aljustrel zinc-copper mine in Portugal and grew to a market capitalization of over $1.8 billion before being acquired by Lundin Mining; served as its President and COO while Neves-Corvo produced roughly 200 million lbs of copper annually. Earlier held senior exploration manager roles with Amoco Minerals/Cyprus Minerals in Canada, Norway and New Zealand, contributing to the Detour Lake, Golden Cross and Huckleberry deposits, all of which became producing mines. Has served as VP Exploration and Development and a Director of Freegold Ventures Limited since 2010/2011, and is also a Director of Finlay Minerals.
