Ximen Mining Corp. (TSXV: XIM; OTCQB: XXMMF; also listed in Frankfurt, Munich and Berlin as 1XMA) is focused on the historic Kenville Gold Mine near Nelson, British Columbia -- the first underground gold mine in the Nelson camp, intermittently mined from 1889 to 1944. Ximen acquired 100% of the Kenville claims, surface rights, existing permits, infrastructure and equipment in 2019 and received the Final Mines Act Permit for the project in April 2023. As of May 2026 the company was completing engineered mine design and remaining pre-construction requirements -- including a BC Ministry of Transportation permit for a road culvert crossing and a completed archaeological impact assessment with no significant findings -- before underground development can begin; construction has not yet started. Ximen also holds the past-producing Amelia gold-silver mine and the Brett gold-silver-molybdenum project, both in southern BC. No updated NI 43-101 resource estimate for Kenville was confirmed during this research pass.

Milestones are recorded only from a company's own dated disclosure. A milestone with no date shown is one we can confirm was reached but for which no date was disclosed — we don't estimate one. "Not yet reached" means exactly that, not that a date is missing. An "Expected" line likewise only ever reflects the company's own guidance (e.g. a study or permit decision targeted for a stated quarter) — most not-yet-reached milestones have none, and that absence means no such guidance has been disclosed, not that one is overdue.

A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal the underlying research identifies — whether a major already holds a JV, earn-in, or 5–19.9% strategic stake — isn't tracked yet and is absent from this score.

Technical Report Takeaways

Task #317 Lane B (Aug 2026): checked, no current compliant resource or economic study exists. Ximen's own Kenville Gold Mine project page states verbatim: 'A qualified person has not done sufficient work to classify the historic estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves. As such the issuer, Ximen Mining Corp., is not treating this historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves' -- referring to a 2009 non-NI-43-101-compliant estimate (M+I 24,624 t @ 20.58 g/t = 16,289 oz; Inferred 522,321 t @ 23.01 g/t = 356,949 oz, 1.1 g/t cutoff, polygonal method). In 2021 Ximen engaged Micon International Ltd to review the historic data; Micon did not prepare a current estimate from it due to unresolved technical issues with the historical information. No PEA, PFS, or FS of any kind has been published for Kenville. The company received Mines/Environment permits in 2023 for a new Venango Portal decline and underground drilling (20,250 m) to access new mineralized areas -- exploration/development phase, not yet supporting a resource or economic study. No resource/economic information located for the Amelia or Brett projects either. Consistent with this DB's LVG precedent (Task #305, honored via Task #317 nonprod batch 1) of not writing a figure the company itself has explicitly rejected as non-current.
