Walker Lane Resources Ltd.
Walker Lane Resources Ltd. (formerly CMC Metals Ltd., renamed March 2025 -- ticker WLR carried over) explores for high-grade silver, gold and polymetallic deposits. It holds 100% interest in the Silver Hart, Amy and Silverknife properties in the Rancheria Silver District, Yukon, plus the Cambridge property (Lyon County, Nevada) and Tule Canyon property (Esmeralda County, Nevada) along the Walker Lane trend. Silver Hart carries a current NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate (MICON International, effective 6 January 2026): Inferred 1,889,000 t @ 145.2 g/t AgEq = ~8.82 Moz AgEq (4.327 Moz contained Ag, 9.9 Mlb Pb, 84.7 Mlb Zn) at a 50 g/t AgEq pit-constrained cut-off, entirely Inferred with no Measured or Indicated category. The company has stated it intends to drill and initiate a Preliminary Economic Assessment on Silver Hart during 2026, subject to financing; no economic study has been completed to date.

Lifecycle Milestones
A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal the underlying research identifies — whether a major already holds a JV, earn-in, or 5–19.9% strategic stake — isn't tracked yet and is absent from this score.

Reports, Presentations & Documents
Silver Hart Project (Rancheria Silver District, Yukon, Canada) -- updated NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate, effective 6 January 2026, prepared by MICON International Limited (QPs Charley Murahwi, M.Sc., P.Geo., FAusIMM and Richard Gowans, B.Sc., P.Eng.), co-authored by Dr. Gloria Lopez, PhD, P.Geo. of Ronacher-McKenzie Geosciences Inc. (site visit 16 Sep 2025), per CIM 2019 Best Practice Guidelines. Pit-constrained, 50 g/t AgEq cut-off: INFERRED 1,889,000 t @ 145.2 g/t AgEq (71.3 g/t Ag, 0.24% Pb, 2.03% Zn) = ~8.82 Moz AgEq, comprising 4.327 Moz contained silver, 9.9 Mlb lead and 84.7 Mlb zinc, across the TM, S, KL, K and M zones. The entire estimate is classified Inferred -- there is no Measured or Indicated category. MICON attributes the Inferred classification to the lack of substantiated metal recoveries and suspect collar surveys rather than to drill spacing. Announced 21 January 2026. This restates the same tonnage and grade as CMC Metals' 27 Nov 2024 estimate (effective 31 Dec 2023, same QP and firm), so it is a re-reported/updated estimate rather than a resource increase. ouncesFound is deliberately left null: repo convention is Measured+Indicated contained silver metal only, never AgEq and never Inferred, and this resource fails both tests.
