Vizsla Copper Corp.
Vizsla Copper was spun out from Vizsla Silver in 2025 and now holds three projects across two jurisdictions. Its flagship is the Palmer VMS project in Southeast Alaska, acquired outright (100%) in December 2025 via the purchase of Constantine Metal Resources from American Pacific Mining: Palmer carries a current NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate (SRK, effective January 13, 2025) of 4.77 million tonnes indicated at 1.69% copper and 5.17% zinc, plus 12.00 million tonnes inferred at 0.57% copper and 3.92% zinc, with associated silver, gold, lead and barite. The company says it is primarily focused on Palmer and plans up to 10,000 metres of diamond drilling there in 2026 to expand the resource. Its two British Columbia porphyry-related properties remain at exploration stage with no current compliant resource: Woodjam in central BC, where drilling is testing the Three Firs, Great Plains and Deerhorn targets, and Poplar, where a completed Phase 1 2026 program (over 11,200 metres across 21 holes) returned intercepts including 675.2 metres of 0.40% CuEq at the Thira target.

A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal the underlying research identifies — whether a major already holds a JV, earn-in, or 5–19.9% strategic stake — isn't tracked yet and is absent from this score.

Insiders, Investors & Smart Money
Notable shareholders and insiders whose involvement is worth knowing about, plus what we're seeing from institutional/large-investor activity.
American Pacific Mining holds roughly 15.8% of Vizsla Copper, but those 13,888,888 shares were issued to it as the entire purchase price for the Palmer VMS project in Alaska in December 2025 — vendor paper, not a cash vote. American Pacific is itself an explorer rather than a producer. The company is chaired by Craig Parry and raised $44 million alongside the acquisition, with insiders taking $2.4 million of it, but no outside producer or specialist fund could be confirmed on the register and institutional ownership is only 2.1%.
