US1 Critical Minerals Limited (ASX: USC; formerly Gladiator Resources Limited, renamed November 2025), Sydney-based, is a uranium-focused explorer holding six exploration licences covering ~1,811km2 in southern Tanzania, anchored by the flagship Mkuju Project (~725km2, at its closest point ~30km from Uranium One's Mkuju River Project) alongside the Foxy (~299km2) and Eland (~294km2) projects. The Likuyu North deposit WITHIN Mkuju carries a real JORC Mineral Resource Estimate of 7.7Mt @ 267ppm U3O8 for 4.6Mlb contained uranium oxide at a 100ppm cut-off, including an Indicated component of 3.1Mt @ 333ppm U3O8 for 2.3Mlb -- all within 140m of surface. The estimate was prepared by the MSA Group (engaged specifically to bring the previous pre-JORC-2012 Uranex-era estimate up to JORC 2012 compliance) from 27,225m of aircore and diamond drilling completed in 2011-2012 by prior permit holder Uranex, and announced to the ASX on 29 Apr 2022; the company has since continued to describe it as its 'existing JORC resource' in subsequent drilling announcements (diamond drilling recommenced 10 Jun 2024 to test for zones that could add to it), i.e. it is current and company-endorsed, not withdrawn or disclaimed.

Lifecycle Milestones
Jurisdiction (40%)5/10
Its uranium project is in Tanzania, which has a track record of resource-nationalist policy shifts (2017 Mining Act amendments, an export-concentrate ban and forced state free-carry stakes); uranium adds further state-control sensitivity.
Infrastructure (40%)Not yet researched
No flagship project on file yet, so existing mill, road access, grid power, and tailings facility haven't been researched.
Nearby producing mine (20%)Not yet researched
No project coordinates on file yet, so distance to a producing mine can't be measured.
Acquisition Susceptibility
A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal in the research, a producer that already owns part of the company, is scored from its disclosed strategic shareholders. A producer that is a joint-venture or earn-in partner on the project, rather than a shareholder, isn't captured yet.
How this score is built
- Disclosed pending dealSub-score: Not scored
No pending acquisition or merger disclosed (checked)
Not scored: having no deal in flight isn't held against a company.
Weight 26.25% - Producer's strategic stakeSub-score: Not scored
No producer holds a disclosed stake on file (holder register researched) See holders
Not scored: most juniors that do get bought had no prior toehold, so a missing stake says little either way.
Weight 25% - Distance to a producing mineSub-score: Not yet researched
Distance not yet researched: no project coordinates on file
Distance can't be measured without coordinates, so excluded rather than counted as far.
