T2 Metals Corp (TSXV: TWO, OTCQB: TWOSF) is a Canadian junior explorer with a multi-project portfolio (Sherridon, Manitoba; Aurora, Yukon; Lida, Nevada; Cora, Arizona). Its flagship is the Sherridon Copper-Zinc-Gold-Silver Project in the Flin Flon-Snow Lake VMS district of central-western Manitoba, encompassing the historic Sherritt Gordon mining camp (which historically produced approximately 7.74 million tonnes grading 2.46% Cu, 2.84% Zn, 0.6g/t Au and 33g/t Ag under prior operators). T2 progressively earned its interest in Sherridon from Halo Resources Ltd via a phased option (80% interest earned by 2024, 90% by March 2025, with Halo's residual interest subject to a pro-rata funding right or conversion to a 1.5% NSR royalty purchasable by T2 for C$2,000,000); the company's own June 2026 disclosure describes the project as 100%-owned. T2 announced an inaugural NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate for Sherridon on 7 May 2026 and filed the independent supporting Technical Report on 26 June 2026: 10.04 million tonnes Indicated at 1.0% CuEq and 18.15 million tonnes Inferred at 1.7% CuEq, across four near-surface, copper-dominant volcanogenic massive sulphide deposits (Bob, Cold Lake, Lost Lake, Jungle), three of which remain open along strike and at depth. The MRE used metal price assumptions of US$5.00/lb Cu, US$1.30/lb Zn, US$3,500/oz Au, US$0.85/lb Pb and US$45.00/oz Ag, with recoveries of 92% Cu / 83% Zn / 65% Au / 57% Ag, at NSR cut-offs of US$20/tonne (open pit) and US$55/tonne (underground).

Unlikely bolt-onFits the takeout profile

A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal the underlying research identifies — whether a major already holds a JV, earn-in, or 5–19.9% strategic stake — isn't tracked yet and is absent from this score.

Technical Report Takeaways

STAGE: RESOURCE_DEFINITION, anchored to Sherridon's inaugural NI 43-101 MRE (10.04Mt Indicated at 1.0% CuEq + 18.15Mt Inferred at 1.7% CuEq, filed 26 Jun 2026). No PEA or later economic study found for Sherridon this pass -- dcfNpvUsd/irrPct/mineLifeYears/technicalReportPriceAssumptionUsd/projectedFreeCashFlowUsd/aiscValue are structurally N/A at this stage. ouncesFound left null per Task #324's still-open copper-unit policy question; separately, this MRE is reported only as a blended CuEq grade (with per-metal price/recovery assumptions feeding that blend), not as a standalone contained-copper tonnage or pounds figure, so it is not cleanly extractable into ouncesFound either way in this pass's available coverage. No secondary MinerCommodity rows written for Zn/Au/Ag/Pb: the MRE's price/recovery assumptions for those metals are inputs to the CuEq calculation, not a quantified per-metal contained-resource figure of the kind this backlog's Task #604 commodity-coverage campaign requires (contrast USCU's PEA-quantified byproduct Au/Ag ounces in this same batch, which do meet that bar).
