TVI Pacific IncT
TVIRD itself is a producing operator: its Balabag Gold-Silver Project and Siana Gold Mine (both Philippines) produced and shipped a combined 37,528 oz gold and 221,952 oz silver in doré form across H1 2026 (Balabag: 17,781 oz Au / 209,550 oz Ag across 15 doré shipments; Siana: 19,747 oz Au / 12,402 oz Ag across 13 shipments), as reported in TVIRD's H1 2026 production update. TVIRD also holds a separate 60% interest in the Agata nickel laterite/DSO project, Philippines -- not itself gold/silver production and, being a further sub-interest inside an already-minority-held subsidiary, not used to set TVI Pacific's own stage or commodity. TVI Pacific's own corporate-level balance sheet is small (cash of only ~C$207K) -- consistent with a holding-company structure where the operating cash and capital sit inside TVIRD, not on TVI Pacific's own books; this is a structural feature of the ownership shape, not a going-concern signal about the underlying, currently producing mines.

Milestones are recorded only from a company's own dated disclosure. A milestone with no date shown is one we can confirm was reached but for which no date was disclosed — we don't estimate one. "Not yet reached" means exactly that, not that a date is missing. An "Expected" line likewise only ever reflects the company's own guidance (e.g. a study or permit decision targeted for a stated quarter) — most not-yet-reached milestones have none, and that absence means no such guidance has been disclosed, not that one is overdue.
Not yet determined: tailings facility, grid power.
Jurisdiction (40%)5/10
TVIRD's Balabag and Siana gold-silver mines are long-operating producers in the Philippines, but Philippine mining policy carries recurring volatility: past moratoria, indigenous-consent and ancestral-domain requirements, and friction with local government units.
Infrastructure (40%)7.9/10
A confirmed mill and confirmed road access at Balabag Gold-Silver Mine, Bayog, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines; grid power and tailings facility not yet researched, counted at a neutral 5/10 until established.
Nearby producing mine (20%)Not yet researched
No producing mine within 50 km in our reference list (nearest listed: Carmen Copper (Toledo) (Carmen Copper Corporation), 286 km). That list doesn't cover every mining district yet, so a longer distance isn't scored as remote.
Acquisition Susceptibility
A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal in the research, a producer that already owns part of the company, is scored from its disclosed strategic shareholders. A producer that is a joint-venture or earn-in partner on the project, rather than a shareholder, isn't captured yet.
How this score is built
- Disclosed pending dealSub-score: Not scored
A disclosed corporate action (not an acquisition or merger)
A corporate action of this kind says nothing about takeover susceptibility, so it isn't scored.
Weight 26.25% - Producer's strategic stakeSub-score: Not scored
No producer holds a disclosed stake on file (holder register researched) See holders
Not scored: most juniors that do get bought had no prior toehold, so a missing stake says little either way.

Reports, Presentations & Documents
TVI Pacific is a Calgary-based holding company whose main asset is a 30.66% non-operating interest in TVI Resource Development (Philippines), which operates the Balabag gold-silver mine and the Siana gold mine in the Philippines and holds 60% of the Agata nickel laterite project. In the first half of 2026 Balabag and Siana together produced 37,528 oz of gold and 221,952 oz of silver in dore, figures reported at TVIRD's 100% level; no resource or study attributable to TVI Pacific's own interest has been published. TVI Pacific itself holds only about C$207K of cash. Under a July 2026 shares-for-debt agreement, Prime Resources Holdings would settle C$1,392,242.44 of debt for 27,844,848 shares, raising its stake from about 19.90% to 22.85% and making it a control person; disinterested shareholders approved the deal on 18 August 2026, and TSX Venture Exchange acceptance was still outstanding in late September 2026.
