Total Metals Corp.
Total Metals Corp. is a multi-commodity explorer (copper, zinc, gold and silver -- no single disclosed primary metal, hence commodity=OTHER here rather than overstating one) whose flagship Electrolode property covers 160 claims (~3,346 hectares) in the Red Lake Mining District, Ontario, near Kinross's Great Bear project and First Mining's Springpole project. Electrolode's Arrow Zone carries a genuine NI 43-101 compliant Inferred Mineral Resource, effective 1 June 2025 (Colin Bowdidge): 2.11 million tonnes @ 0.66% Cu, 4.74% Zn, 17.92 g/t Ag and 0.66 g/t Au, including a higher-grade core of 490,000 tonnes @ 1.35% Cu, 17.87% Zn, 0.86 g/t Au and 36.1 g/t Ag. The company has since diversified beyond Electrolode. It closed the acquisition of the High Lake (northwestern Ontario) and West Hawk Lake (southeastern Manitoba) gold projects from McFarlane Lake Mining Corporation on 28 October 2025, for CAD$9.25 million paid via 3,333,333 shares at $0.60, and separately completed the Menary gold project acquisition (Kenora Mining Division, Ontario, bordering Coeur Mining's Rainy River Mine) on 23 March 2026. High Lake's Purdex Zone carries a genuine NI 43-101 compliant Mineral Resource (P&E Mining Consultants, Eugene Puritch P.Eng., effective 14 April 2023, carried forward in English River Geoscience Ltd.'s technical report effective 30 November 2025): Indicated 152,000 tonnes @ 9.38 g/t Au (45,800 oz) plus Inferred 287,000 tonnes @ 10.43 g/t Au (96,200 oz) -- 142,000 oz gold combined, no Measured category. The High Lake leases carry a 2% NSR held by International Millennium Mining Corp. West Hawk Lake's estimate -- 457,200 tonnes @ 13.97 g/t Au for 204,291 oz across six zones, including the high-grade Sundog zone (72,825 oz @ 31.20 g/t) -- is historical only: the company states explicitly it is "not treating the historical mineral resource estimate as a current Mineral Resource," since it predates and does not meet NI 43-101 standards. Menary is grassroots-stage with no resource estimate (grab samples to 8,120 g/t Au, historical drill intercepts to 16.99 g/t Au over 6.3m), subject to a 4.5% NSR (Western Troy Capital 3%, William McNerney 1.5%).
Notable vs. Peers
- Jurisdiction risk score of 9/10 is meaningfully safer than the peer average of 7.3/10.
- Trading within 2% of its 52-week low — weak recent price momentum.
Lifecycle Milestones
A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal the underlying research identifies — whether a major already holds a JV, earn-in, or 5–19.9% strategic stake — isn't tracked yet and is absent from this score.

Insiders, Investors & Smart Money
Notable shareholders and insiders whose involvement is worth knowing about, plus what we're seeing from institutional/large-investor activity.
No institutional or strategic holder is on record. A 10%-holder, Rachel Bellian, made three genuine open-market purchases in the second half of 2025 -- real but a single insider, right at the edge of the trailing 12-month window.

We haven't parsed this company's PEA/PFS/FS recommendations yet — cut-off grade, mine life, DCF/NPV, and the report's own next-steps guidance are a planned research pass, not live data for every company yet.
