Stockworks Gold Inc. (TSXV: STW, Frankfurt: 4XO1) -- renamed from Rover Critical Minerals Corp. in July 2025 -- is a Canadian junior explorer focused on the Pirenopolis Gold Project in Goias, Brazil, an established mining jurisdiction with a long history of gold production. The project covers two stream catchments with highly anomalous gold values in an area of limited modern exploration. 2026 fieldwork has included systematic, closely-spaced stream-sediment sampling up-drainage, prospecting for additional mineralised float following a mineralised quartz float boulder returning elevated gold values, and first-pass regional geochemical/geophysical surveys to refine drill targets. In May 2026 the company closed a non-brokered private placement of up to 8,000,000 units at C$0.10 for C$800,000.

Acquisition Susceptibility

How this is calculated
3.8/10
Unlikely bolt-onFits the takeout profile

A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal in the research, a producer that already owns part of the company, is scored from its disclosed strategic shareholders. A producer that is a joint-venture or earn-in partner on the project, rather than a shareholder, isn't captured yet.

How this score is built

Not scored: most juniors that do get bought had no prior toehold, so a missing stake says little either way.
