OtherMexiCan Project (100%, Zacatecas/San Luis Potosi, Mexico) -- potassium (SOP) and lithium salar-brine target, flagship despite the company's own 'Silver Valley' name Map

Silver Valley Metals Corp. (TSXV: SILV; OTCQB: SVMFF; formerly OrganiMax Nutrient Corp.) owns 100% of the Mexi-Can potassium and lithium salar project, three mineral concessions covering about 4,056 hectares on the Central Mexican Plateau in Zacatecas and San Luis Potosi. SRK Consulting's NI 43-101 estimate for the La Salada, Santa Clara and Caliguey salars (effective December 17, 2018) reports 120 Mt of Inferred resources grading 4.6% potassium and 380 ppm lithium, containing 12.3 Mt of sulfate of potash and 243,000 t of lithium carbonate equivalent, sampled mostly to only 5 m depth. The company targets sulfate of potash as its main product, with lithium as a by-product. Despite its name, it no longer holds the Ranger-Page silver-zinc-lead property in Idaho's Silver Valley, which it assigned to Silver Dollar Resources in August 2024 for cash, shares and royalties; a planned acquisition of gold projects in Finland was terminated in December 2025.

Acquisition Susceptibility

How this is calculated
3.9/10
Unlikely bolt-onFits the takeout profile

A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal in the research, a producer that already owns part of the company, is scored from its disclosed strategic shareholders. A producer that is a joint-venture or earn-in partner on the project, rather than a shareholder, isn't captured yet.
