Multi-Metalalso:Molaoi Zn/Ag/Ge/Pb Project (Laconia, Peloponnese, Greece) Map

Rockfire Resources plc is a UK AIM-listed exploration company (AIM:ROCK). Its flagship asset is the Molaoi Zn/Ag/Ge/Pb project in Laconia, Peloponnese, Greece, which carries a 2024-upgraded JORC (2012) Inferred Mineral Resource of 15.0 million tonnes at 9.96% ZnEq (7.26% Zn, 1.75% Pb, 39.5 g/t Ag) -- 1.09Mt contained zinc, 260,000t contained lead and 19.1 Moz contained silver -- following a 2022 maiden JORC estimate. Germanium, an EU-designated critical raw material, is now the company's central investment narrative: Rockfire's own strapline is "securing a domestic critical raw material supply for a stronger Europe," and it states it expects Molaoi to host the only JORC germanium resource in Europe at the conclusion of its next drilling round. No germanium resource is declared today. The company reports a "Target Inferred Germanium Resource" of 4.5-6.0 million tonnes at 17.0-25.0 g/t Ge, and a preliminary quantity of 4.8 million tonnes at 21.9 g/t Ge (105,700 kg germanium) which it states explicitly does not comply with the JORC Code; gallium is elevated up to 45 g/t Ga in core samples but is likewise unclassified. Both Queensland, Australia gold assets are farmed out rather than held outright: Sunshine Metals Limited (ASX:SHN, formerly Sunshine Gold Limited) is earning up to 75% of the Lighthouse gold-silver project -- which contains the Plateau Breccia prospect -- by funding A$2.2 million over three years from January 2023, and Eastern Resources Limited (ASX:EFE) is earning up to 80% of the Marengo gold-copper-silver goldfield by funding at least A$1.5 million over three years from September 2025. In each case Rockfire may elect either to contribute its residual 25%/20% pro rata or to convert it to a 1.5% net smelter royalty, so its effective gold exposure is a minority-or-royalty back-end, not direct ownership. The Copperhead and Copper Dome copper-gold-molybdenum projects in Queensland remain 100% owned. Rockfire holds no Papua New Guinea assets despite legacy PNG project pages remaining on its website: it relinquished the Mount Visi licences in January 2019 and its last PNG licence, Nakru (EL1462), was not renewed in July 2019.

A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal the underlying research identifies — whether a major already holds a JV, earn-in, or 5–19.9% strategic stake — isn't tracked yet and is absent from this score.

3/10

ACAM, a Jersey-based specialist mining investor, led a placing into Rockfire Resources and holds a real, current 15.84% stake (per the company's own late-2025 total-voting-rights notice, down slightly from 16.31% on warrant-exercise dilution) -- backing the Molaoi zinc-silver-lead-germanium project in Greece. The company has raised capital repeatedly over the past year (most recently a proposed GBP 2.15 million subscription), and several other shareholding notices are on file, but their nature could not be confirmed within this pass.
