Riversgold Limited
Riversgold Limited is a diversified Western Australian explorer with gold, copper and lithium projects. Its Northern Zone Gold Project (~25km east of Kalgoorlie, Eastern Goldfields) is a bulk-tonnage gold opportunity being advanced toward first-half-2026 production, with tenure secured and mine permitting studies progressing during the June 2026 quarter. The company also holds the Tambourah copper-gold project (Pilbara, hosting a newly identified 12km copper-gold mineralized trend), the Andover, Wodgina East and Onslow South lithium/multi-commodity projects, and the Saint John copper-gold-silver-antimony (IOCG-style) project in Canada. No NI 43-101/JORC resource estimate has been confirmed for Northern Zone this pass.

Milestones are recorded only from a company's own dated disclosure. A milestone with no date shown is one we can confirm was reached but for which no date was disclosed — we don't estimate one. "Not yet reached" means exactly that, not that a date is missing. An "Expected" line likewise only ever reflects the company's own guidance (e.g. a study or permit decision targeted for a stated quarter) — most not-yet-reached milestones have none, and that absence means no such guidance has been disclosed, not that one is overdue.
A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal the underlying research identifies — whether a major already holds a JV, earn-in, or 5–19.9% strategic stake — isn't tracked yet and is absent from this score.

Reports, Presentations & Documents
Task #317 Lane B (Aug 2026): checked, genuinely pre-resource-estimate stage. The only published figure for Northern Zone is an 'Exploration Target of between 2.5 million and 4.8 million ounces' (per Stockhead coverage, 25 Feb 2026) -- under JORC Code (2012) cl. 19-20, an Exploration Target is EXPLICITLY NOT a Mineral Resource or Reserve and must not be reported as one; this DB never treats an Exploration Target as ouncesFound. The same coverage states Riversgold 'plans to proceed with a maiden resource estimate for its wider Kalgoorlie gold project' -- not yet completed as of this pass. No scoping study, PFS, or any economic assessment with NPV/IRR/mine-life figures has been published. Mining lease M25/389 (initial 21-year term) was granted shortly after the Jun 2026 quarter-end and geotechnical/groundwater/AMD risk studies returned no material issues, but the Mine Development and Closure Plan (MDCP) was only ~60% complete as of the most recent update found, with submission to WA's Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration still pending. Under an agreement with MEGA Resources, MEGA funds 100% of development/mining/processing costs with profit split 50/50 -- no company-side capex/NPV modelling located.
