Relevant Gold Corp. (TSXV:RGC, OTCQB:RGCCF) is a Vancouver-headquartered gold explorer focused on district-scale, greenfield-to-early-drill-stage projects across more than 40,000 acres in two Wyoming gold camps. In the South Pass Gold Camp of west-central Wyoming it holds the 100%-owned Lewiston project (about 5,620 ha of claims, including the historic Hidden Hand, Burr, Goodhope and Lone Pine mines), where a 5,000m diamond drill program began in August 2026, and the Golden Buffalo project (about 3,884 ha); it names no single flagship. The company also holds the Bradley Peak Gold Camp project, central Wyoming, where a fully-funded 2026 drill program (5,000-7,000m of core drilling) followed a five-year BLM Plan of Operations approval; the 2025 drill program intersected gold mineralization in every hole over roughly 600m along the Apex mineralized shear zone. All properties are early-stage (pre-resource); no NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate has been published. NOTE ON TICKER HISTORY: TSXV:RGC previously belonged to Redstar Gold Corp/Heliostar Metals Ltd, which changed its ticker to HSTR in October 2020; Relevant Gold Corp. is an unrelated company (incorporated 2020) that separately came to trade under the now-vacant RGC symbol.

Researched with nothing found: no source we could cite confirms or rules out an existing mill, road access, grid power, or tailings facility at Lewiston Project, South Pass Gold Camp, Fremont County, Wyoming, USA (checked Oct 7, 2026; recheck due Apr 5, 2027). Counts at a neutral 5/10 until one does.

Acquisition Susceptibility

How this is calculated
6.2/10
Unlikely bolt-onFits the takeout profile

A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal in the research, a producer that already owns part of the company, is scored from its disclosed strategic shareholders. A producer that is a joint-venture or earn-in partner on the project, rather than a shareholder, isn't captured yet.

Technical Report Takeaways

Relevant Gold explores for gold across more than 40,000 acres in two Wyoming gold camps: South Pass in west-central Wyoming, home to its 100%-owned Golden Buffalo property of 459 unpatented claims, and Bradley Peak in central Wyoming. In August 2026 it began a fully funded and permitted 5,000m oriented diamond drill program at the Burr target zone of its 100%-owned Lewiston project in the South Pass camp, the first full test of an updated geological model that identifies 44 electromagnetic anomalies across the camp, 15 of them high-priority targets at Lewiston. It has also applied for an expanded permit that would allow drilling along a further 2.5km of the Burr and parallel Sweetwater trends. None of its properties has an NI 43-101 resource estimate.
