Q2 Metals Corp.Q
Q2 Metals Corp. (TSXV: QTWO) is a Canadian lithium exploration company advancing the Cisco Lithium Project in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay region of Quebec. An inaugural NI 43-101 Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate (effective and announced 20 April 2026, technical report filed 4 June 2026) placed Cisco as the 4th-largest hard-rock lithium deposit in the world and the largest in the Americas: a combined 295 Mt at 1.36% Li2O, comprising a pit-constrained 270 Mt at 1.36% Li2O at a 0.4% Li2O cut-off (9.1 Mt contained LCE) plus an underground-constrained 24 Mt at 1.34% Li2O at a 0.7% Li2O cut-off (0.8 Mt contained LCE), entirely in the Inferred category. The estimate was prepared by external consultant BBA Inc. with the company's technical team, QP Todd McCracken, P.Geo., from 75 drillholes representing 33,343 metres (to CS25-076), and models a single continuous principal spodumene pegmatite body ranging from ~2 m to over ~450 m in true thickness over a 1.8 km strike length. Q2 holds Cisco under option agreements granting it the exclusive right to acquire a 100% interest, progressively consolidated and expanded since the February 2024 acquisition announcement to 767 contiguous claims over 39,389 hectares (including more than 30 km of strike on the Frotet-Evans Greenstone Belt); the option is in good standing and the company reports the MRE in its own name under its own QP, so the resource is treated as attributable here. A 2026 summer field program (four diamond drill rigs, ~20,000 m) commenced mid-June 2026 focused on infill drilling to convert Inferred tonnage to Indicated, in support of an inaugural Preliminary Economic Assessment targeted for fall 2026. Every FACT in the prior description was correct -- the error was purely one of field semantics. An NI 43-101 Inferred Mineral Resource is a defined Mineral Resource. Commodity note: recorded as other for hard-rock lithium.

Quebec: Fraser PPI 2025 is 79.39 of 100 (rank 23 of 68), which maps to 9 on this site's scale. The Cisco lithium project is in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay region of Quebec, within the greater Nemaska traditional territory: a stable jurisdiction with top-tier rule of law.
Infrastructure (40%)6.4/10
Confirmed road access at Cisco Lithium Project, Eeyou Istchee James Bay, Quebec, Canada; existing mill, grid power, and tailings facility not yet researched, counted at a neutral 5/10 until established.
Nearby producing mine (20%)Not yet researched
No producing mine within 50 km in our reference list (nearest listed: Eleonore (Dhilmar Eleonore LP), 84 km). That list doesn't cover every mining district yet, so a longer distance isn't scored as remote.
Acquisition Susceptibility
A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal in the research, a producer that already owns part of the company, is scored from its disclosed strategic shareholders. A producer that is a joint-venture or earn-in partner on the project, rather than a shareholder, isn't captured yet.

Not scored: having no deal in flight isn't held against a company.

Not scored: most juniors that do get bought had no prior toehold, so a missing stake says little either way.
