QcX Gold Corp. (formerly TSXV: QCX, OTC Pink: QCXGF, FSE: 21MA; formerly First Mexican Gold Corp., renamed July 2020) was a gold and VMS-style exploration company in Quebec. Its Golden Giant Project (James Bay region) lay ~2.9km from Azimut's Elmer gold discovery, and its Fernet Project (Abitibi region) was contiguous with Wallbridge Mining's Fenelon/Martiniere property -- 18 gold targets had been identified on the Fernet West Block. No NI 43-101 resource estimate was ever published for either project. QcX shares were delisted from the TSXV around 1 Sep 2026 and QcX ceased to be a reporting issuer under Canadian securities laws. QcX is now a wholly-owned Sterling Metals subsidiary and no longer trades independently.
