PTR Minerals Limited (renamed from Petratherm Limited effective 11 Nov 2025, ticker unchanged) is a titanium-focused heavy-mineral-sands developer on the northern Gawler Craton in South Australia. The old Petratherm geothermal business (Paralana) was shelved in 2014 and its Tasmanian petroleum licence relinquished; the Nov 2025 rename reflects a mineral-exploration-only focus with no legacy geothermal carried forward. The flagship Rosewood Titanium Project is split between wholly-owned Rosewood East and the Rosewood West joint venture (PTR 70% / Narryer Metals 30%). A maiden JORC Mineral Resource (23 June 2026) reported 463 million tonnes at 8.8% heavy minerals for 40.6 million tonnes of contained heavy minerals (100%-project basis; 57% Indicated/43% Inferred at a 3% HM cutoff), comprising very high-grade Rosewood East (294Mt @ 9.7% HM, 28.5Mt contained HM, 89% Indicated) plus Rosewood West (169Mt @ 7.1% HM, Inferred, on the JV partner's own reported figure). The heavy-mineral assemblage is leucoxene-dominant (approximately 75% of the HM fraction) with rutile as a further product; a 66.7% TiO2 figure found in some coverage is a metallurgical-test PRODUCT grade, not an in-situ resource grade. The company also holds early-stage IOCG copper-gold and rare-earth/gold exploration projects elsewhere in its South Australian portfolio. No completed economic study exists yet -- pit-optimisation and scoping work (with Australian Mining Consultants) is in progress. The company held approximately A$13.6 million in cash at 30 June 2026 with a debt-free balance sheet.

Lifecycle Milestones
A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal the underlying research identifies — whether a major already holds a JV, earn-in, or 5–19.9% strategic stake — isn't tracked yet and is absent from this score.

Reports, Presentations & Documents
commodity=OTHER: the Commodity enum has no TITANIUM value (confirmed: GOLD/SILVER/COPPER/NICKEL/URANIUM/OIL_GAS/OTHER only), same settled precedent as FME above. stage=RESOURCE_DEFINITION: a real, large maiden JORC resource exists (23 Jun 2026) but no completed economic study exists anywhere in the company yet -- pit-optimisation/scoping work is explicitly in progress, not complete. ouncesFound deliberately NOT written: the 40.6Mt contained-HM figure is a TONNAGE-based mineral-sands resource, not troy ounces, and TITANIUM has no calibrated deposit-size curve in src/lib/scoring.ts DEPOSIT_SIZE_CURVES -- writing tonnage into an oz-calibrated field would misrepresent deposit size (same treatment as COPPER/NICKEL in batch 8). The real resource figures are carried in the description instead, and RESEARCHED_UNKNOWN below records that this was checked, not simply never looked at. Secondary MinerCommodity COPPER + GOLD are the real, named IOCG copper-gold and rare-earth/gold early-stage exploration projects elsewhere in the portfolio; vanadium and PGE (real co-products AT the flagship resource) have no Commodity enum value and are not tagged. cashPositionUsd (A$13.6M) is third-party-relayed (Stockhead/Kalkine coverage of the company's own June 2026 quarterly Appendix 5B, which itself returned 403 from every host tried this pass) -- written but NOT markVerified. debtUsd=0 reflects the company's own stated 'debt-free balance sheet' language in its June 2026 quarterly coverage; one aggregator shows A$144,230 total debt, almost certainly a lease liability carried over from stale Dec-2025 data -- not used.
