PPX Mining Corp.
PPX Mining Corp. is a Peru-focused gold-silver company whose Callanquitas mine, part of the 100%-owned Igor project (four concessions, ~1,300 ha in La Libertad, northern Peru), has been generating a 75% net profit interest for the company and has posted consecutive monthly production/NPI records through mid-2026 (Q1 FY2026 NPI of PEN 23.3M / ~CAD$8.9M on total mine revenue of PEN 61.8M / ~CAD$23.5M, despite rainy-season transport disruption on the Chicama River access road). A strategic investment from commodities trader Glencore closed in December 2025 (CAD$20M, with CAD$15M earmarked for accelerated exploration at Igor). Ernest Mast was appointed President & CEO effective 12 Jan 2026, bringing prior CEO/Managing Director experience at Cygnus Metals, Dore Copper Mining, Primero Mining and Minera Panama; Brian Imrie serves as Executive Chairman. In May 2026 the company provided updates on start-up of a new process plant, part of the push toward full commercial production at Callanquitas during calendar 2026.

Milestones are recorded only from a company's own dated disclosure. A milestone with no date shown is one we can confirm was reached but for which no date was disclosed — we don't estimate one. "Not yet reached" means exactly that, not that a date is missing. An "Expected" line likewise only ever reflects the company's own guidance (e.g. a study or permit decision targeted for a stated quarter) — most not-yet-reached milestones have none, and that absence means no such guidance has been disclosed, not that one is overdue.
Not in place: grid power.
Jurisdiction (40%)6/10

A confirmed mill, confirmed road access, no confirmed grid power, and a confirmed tailings facility at Igor Project (Callanquitas Mine).

Acquisition Susceptibility
A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal in the research, a producer that already owns part of the company, is scored from its disclosed strategic shareholders. A producer that is a joint-venture or earn-in partner on the project, rather than a shareholder, isn't captured yet.

Reports, Presentations & Documents
PPX Mining's main asset is the Callanquitas gold-silver mine, part of its Igor project in La Libertad, northern Peru, where ore has been mined since 2021 and toll-processed at third-party plants, earning PPX a 75% net profit interest that rises to 80% once its own new processing plant is complete. Callanquitas holds 81,090 oz of gold in measured and indicated oxide resources (663,700 t at 3.80 g/t) plus 83,970 oz inferred, as of 30 September 2023. The new plant's civil works were largely complete by mid-2026, with equipment installation under way after delays, and the mine set consecutive monthly net profit interest records in April and May 2026. Glencore made a strategic investment in December 2025, and the company's 2018 pre-feasibility study is no longer current.
