Pantera Silver Corp. (formerly Red Oak Mining Corp, renamed 11 Mar 2021) is a Vancouver-headquartered silver and gold explorer. Its flagship, wholly-owned Nuevo Taxco project is in Mexico; the company also holds an option over the Rakanco project in Bolivia and the Provost property in Alberta, Canada. Pantera Silver has no mineral resource estimate on any project. Trading in its shares has been halted since 6 October 2026 under a failure-to-file cease trade order that the British Columbia Securities Commission issued on 5 October 2026, pending its audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 May 2026.
