Pinnacle Silver and Gold Corp. (formerly Newrange Gold Corp., renamed April 2024; Vancouver-headquartered, incorporated 2006) is a gold-silver explorer. Its current flagship and near-term-production focus is the high-grade El Potrero gold-silver project in the Sierra Madre Occidental, Durango, Mexico -- an underexplored low-sulphidation epithermal vein system within 35 km of four operating mines (including Fresnillo's Cienega mine). Reopening of historic underground workings has yielded grab samples up to 26.1 g/t Au and 511 g/t Ag; an underground drill program (~2,600m across 112 holes) targets a maiden resource and a preliminary mine plan, with a stated (management, not independently verified) goal of small-scale production by 2027. The company also holds two earlier-stage gold projects in the Red Lake Mining Division, Ontario, Canada, near First Mining Gold's Springpole deposit. No NI 43-101 resource estimate has been published for El Potrero as of this research pass.
