Phenom Resources Corp. (incorporated 2006, Vancouver-headquartered) explores for gold, copper and vanadium across a Nevada/Arizona property portfolio. Its Crescent Valley Gold Project sits along the southwest fringe of the Carlin Trend within the Northern Nevada Rift, combining a low-sulphidation bonanza-vein gold target with an IOCG copper-gold-rare-earths opportunity. Core drilling is underway at the Dobbin Gold Project (central Nevada, 85 miles south of Eureka) testing a 2.1km-long, 200m-wide gold-in-soil anomaly (values 0.1-2.73 g/t Au); the King Solomon Gold Project lies 38km further southwest.

Acquisition Susceptibility

How this is calculated
6.6/10
Unlikely bolt-onFits the takeout profile

A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal in the research, a producer that already owns part of the company, is scored from its disclosed strategic shareholders. A producer that is a joint-venture or earn-in partner on the project, rather than a shareholder, isn't captured yet.

Technical Report Takeaways

Phenom Resources explores for gold, copper and vanadium in Nevada and Arizona. Its main focus is the Dobbin gold project in central Nevada, a Carlin-type gold target, where in August 2026 it completed the payments and work needed to own 100% of the property, at the suggestion of SSR Mining, which plans US$4M of funding for Dobbin under a June 2026 framework agreement to earn a 15% interest and took a 9.9% equity stake in Phenom in late June 2026. Diamond drilling at Dobbin is testing a 2.1km-long, 200m-wide gold-in-soil anomaly with values of 0.1-2.73 g/t gold, with first assays pending in September 2026. Phenom also holds the Crescent Valley gold project on the south-west fringe of the Carlin Trend and the King Solomon gold project.
