A maiden JORC-compliant Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate for the K1A deposit at Kalaka (announced 4 Feb 2025) reported 49.9Mt at 0.50g/t Au for 803,000oz (0.3g/t Au cut-off); November 2025 metallurgical testwork confirmed the ore is amenable to both CIL and heap-leach cyanide processing. Bassala saw no further drilling in FY2024-25 beyond mapping/monitoring of artisanal workings. Separately, Panthera's Indo Gold subsidiary is pursuing a US$1.58 billion investment-treaty arbitration claim against the Republic of India over the government's refusal to grant a prospecting licence for the Bhukia gold project (hearings expected December 2026, funded by up to US$13.6M of non-recourse litigation financing from LCM) -- this is a legal claim, not an active mine-development project, so Bhukia is not treated as an operating asset here and India is not used as the country field.
