Orosur Mining Inc.
Orosur Mining Inc. is a Toronto-headquartered, Colombia-focused gold exploration and development company whose flagship Anza project sits in the Middle Cauca Belt. In-fill drilling at the Pepas prospect led to a maiden resource estimate of 219,000 oz gold, with recent drill results at Pepas and El Pantano returning mineralized intersections in the 1.41-5.77 g/t Au range. In November 2024 Orosur completed a delayed-consideration purchase of the remaining MMA shares, restoring 100% ownership of Anza. The company also holds exploration interests in Argentina. Third-quarter (fiscal Q3, ended 28 Feb 2026) results showed a net loss of ~US$4.5 million and a cash balance of US$13.65 million at quarter end, with cash of US$11.57 million as at the 29 Apr 2026 MD&A date; the company also raised C$5 million via private placement to accelerate exploration at Anza. Louis Castro is Executive Chairman and Brad George is Chief Executive Officer.

Lifecycle Milestones
A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal the underlying research identifies — whether a major already holds a JV, earn-in, or 5–19.9% strategic stake — isn't tracked yet and is absent from this score.
