NVRO Metals Limited (formerly EnviroGold Global Limited, renamed effective 28 May 2026; TSXV: NVRO) develops its proprietary NVRO Process(TM), a low-temperature hydrometallurgical route for recovering precious/critical metals from sulphidic ores, concentrates, mine waste and tailings, and also processes third-party feedstock (e.g. a Hecla Mining agreement to process 35,000 t). In June 2026 it acquired Northern Territories Resources Pty Ltd (NTR), giving it 48 NT tenements in the Rum Jungle district, a fully constructed hydrometallurgical processing plant (tank leach, SX-EW, resin-in-pulp circuits), and a substantial polymetallic resource -- an independent NI 43-101 Mineral Resource of 77.6 Mt at 1.69% CuEq (61.7 Mt sulphide-domain at 1.86% CuEq + 15.9 Mt oxide at 1.01% CuEq) across the Browns, Browns East, Area 55 and Mount Finch deposits, containing copper, cobalt, nickel, silver, lead and zinc. A maiden oxide Mineral Reserve (Proven & Probable) of 2.32 Mt at 0.74% Cu (plus 0.09% Co, 0.10% Ni) for 17,200 t contained copper was filed 23 Jul 2026, targeting average annual production of ~4,280 t copper cathode (plus cobalt/nickel intermediate) via heap leach/SX-EW, first production targeted Q4 2027. ouncesFound left null -- this is a bulk %-grade CuEq deposit, not meaningfully expressed in troy ounces; resource/reserve tonnages recorded in technicalReportNote instead.

A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal the underlying research identifies — whether a major already holds a JV, earn-in, or 5–19.9% strategic stake — isn't tracked yet and is absent from this score.

Smart money
1/10

We found no producer, major, or named resource-specialist fund behind NVRO Metals in this pass. Director Jacob Warnock, through his controlled entity EV Metals, committed up to $15 million to a 2025 treasury placement, but as a treasury subscription rather than an open-market purchase it doesn't count as insider buying under this rubric.
