NuLegacy Gold Corporation (TSXV:NUG, OTC:NULGF) is a shell-stage company with no currently disclosed mineral project. It formerly explored the Red Hill gold property in Eureka County, Nevada, on trend with and adjacent to the multi-million-ounce Pipeline, Cortez Hills and Goldrush Carlin-type deposits, and had identified a large mineralized-system target (Rift Anticline) there. The company suspended further exploration in early 2024 after the 2023 drill season failed to return economic-grade intercepts, citing funding constraints. On 7 April 2025 the company announced -- in its own words -- that it 'will be reverting its responsibility for the Red Hill property/s located in the state of Nevada back to its underlying owners as per the properties governing agreements,' meaning NuLegacy no longer holds any interest in Red Hill (this supersedes an earlier, narrower Nov 2024 disclosure describing only a partial, eastern-half reversion; the Apr 2025 release reverted the property in full, unqualified by half). Since then the company's news flow has consisted solely of board/officer changes (CEO has turned over twice, most recently to Ari Chaney as of 15 Jul 2026) and a 25:1 share consolidation -- no replacement project, financing-for-drilling plan, or exploration budget has been announced. The Company's own 2026 AGM Information Circular (dated as at 29 Jun 2026, covering FY2025-FY2026) makes no mention of Red Hill or any mineral property anywhere in its 27 pages, and its ~$15-17K/yr audit fees and non-technical director slate (capital markets/HR/consulting backgrounds) are consistent with a dormant/reorganizing shell rather than an active explorer. No NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate was ever published for Red Hill. This is a real, currently-listed company, but currently has no disclosed mineral asset.

A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal the underlying research identifies — whether a major already holds a JV, earn-in, or 5–19.9% strategic stake — isn't tracked yet and is absent from this score.
