Magna Terra Minerals IncM
Magna Terra Minerals Inc. (TSXV: MTT, formerly Brionor Resources) is a Toronto-based precious- and base-metals explorer. Its flagship is the 100%-owned Humber Copper-Cobalt Project in western Newfoundland (about 50,000 hectares, staked on the company's own regional data with no underlying royalties or option payments), where the 2025 program discovered the 2.2 km Birch Zone and 2026 work is following up copper-cobalt targets. It also holds the Shellbird Gold Project in western Newfoundland (staked in 2026) and the Rocky Brook, Prospect Or's Dream and Cape Spencer projects in New Brunswick. In Santa Cruz Province, Argentina, it holds 100% of six gold-silver exploration projects covering about 79,000 hectares, including Boleadora and the Cerro Covadonga, El Meridiano and La Rosita projects, which it bought outright on 24 September 2026, ending an option and its 2% royalties; it is considering a spin-out of these projects. It has optioned the Great Northern project in Newfoundland to Gold Hunter Resources, in which it holds about 19% of the shares, and the Luna Roja project in Argentina to Lunex Metals. No mineral resource has been estimated on any of its projects.

Confirmed road access at Humber Copper-Cobalt Project, Western Newfoundland, Canada; existing mill, grid power, and tailings facility not yet researched, counted at a neutral 5/10 until established.

No project coordinates on file yet, so distance to a producing mine can't be measured.
Acquisition Susceptibility
A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal in the research, a producer that already owns part of the company, is scored from its disclosed strategic shareholders. A producer that is a joint-venture or earn-in partner on the project, rather than a shareholder, isn't captured yet.

No pending acquisition or merger disclosed (checked)
Not scored: having no deal in flight isn't held against a company.
