MetalsTech Limited 100%-owns the Sturec Gold Mine, an underground gold-silver project in central Slovakia with a mining history dating to the 8th century (historical production of 1.5Moz gold and 6.7Moz silver). The current JORC (2012) Measured, Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resource stands at 68.347Mt at 1.22g/t gold and 10.11g/t silver (1.31g/t AuEq), containing 2.686 million ounces of gold and 22.210 million ounces of silver (approximately 78% in the Measured and Indicated categories). An updated Scoping Study (23 December 2024) outlined a cyanide-free, ore-sorting-and-dry-stack-tailings processing route, delivering a pre-tax NPV8 of US$768 million, a 162% internal rate of return, pre-production capital of US$75.8 million and an initial 9-year mine life. The company secured a 10-year extension (2024-2034) to Sturec's underground mining activity permit, and is now advancing a Pre-Feasibility Study -- targeted for completion in the first half of 2026, incorporating further ore-sorting and metallurgical test work -- ahead of an eventual Definitive Feasibility Study. Cash of A$7.7 million supports more than 12 quarters of operations at current expenditure rates.

Lifecycle Milestones
A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal the underlying research identifies — whether a major already holds a JV, earn-in, or 5–19.9% strategic stake — isn't tracked yet and is absent from this score.

Reports, Presentations & Documents
stage=PEA: the completed, costed economic study is the Dec 2024 updated Scoping Study -- the PFS is still in progress (targeted H1 2026, still described as 'advancing' in Jul/Aug 2026 coverage, not yet complete), so the most-advanced COMPLETED study sets the stage, a deliberate check rather than a default (same QML/batch-7 judgment call). dcfNpvUsd/irrPct/initialCapexUsd are all USD-denominated in the company's own release -- NOT run through this script's AUD/USD conversion, unlike the market-data fields (marketCapUsd, cashPositionUsd) which are genuinely AUD-sourced. ouncesFound (2,686,000) is the total JORC resource, not any smaller production-target figure from the Scoping Study's mine plan. commodity=GOLD: silver is a real, substantial by-product (22.21Moz) but gold is primary by both resource value and mine design; SILVER recorded as a secondary MinerCommodity below rather than in the single-value commodity field.
