Lion Rock Minerals Limited
Lion Rock Minerals Limited (ASX:LRM) is a Subiaco, Western Australia-based explorer, incorporated in 1996. The company has been renamed twice: originally Lustrum Minerals Limited, it became Peak Minerals Limited in 2020 on a copper pivot, then renamed again to Lion Rock Minerals Limited in August 2025 under its current focus -- rutile/titanium and monazite/REE, led by the flagship Minta Rutile & Monazite Project in Cameroon (~8,800km2 of ground across 18 granted and 3 pending permits, spanning three high-grade rutile discoveries -- Minta 1, Mboma and Loum -- along a 44km mineralised corridor, with intercepts up to 1.8% in-situ rutile). Secondary assets are the Kitongo/Lolo Uranium project in Cameroon and the Green Rocks and Yendon Kaolin-REE projects in Australia. No JORC mineral resource estimate exists yet -- a maiden MRE for Minta is targeted for H2 2026. New CEO Theuns de Bruyn and COO Grant Scott (Sierra Rutile pedigree) lead the company.

Lifecycle Milestones
A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal the underlying research identifies — whether a major already holds a JV, earn-in, or 5–19.9% strategic stake — isn't tracked yet and is absent from this score.

Insiders, Investors & Smart Money
Notable shareholders and insiders whose involvement is worth knowing about, plus what we're seeing from institutional/large-investor activity.
Tronox Holdings, one of the world's largest producers of titanium dioxide feedstock and a natural strategic fit for Lion Rock's rutile and rare-earth project in Cameroon, invested A$8.6 million in cash in October 2025 for roughly 5% of the company. That is a real producer stake, even though it sits just under the 5% threshold that would count for more.
