ZincIndy Sedex Project (100%, Zn-Pb-Ag-Ga, ~90km SE of Prince George, central BC) -- flagship; real secondary interest in West Desert (Utah) via NSR + equity in American West Metals Limited Map

InZinc Mining Ltd. (TSXV: IZN) explores the 100%-owned Indy Sedex (zinc-lead-silver-gallium-barite) project, 90km southeast of Prince George in central British Columbia, spanning 200 sq km along 30km of prospective strata. 2025-2026 diamond drilling delineated a high-grade replacement-style Sedex discovery at the B-9 Apex Zone, including 4.2m @ 15.4% Zn/1.3% Pb/7.2 g/t Ag (incl. a 3.2m interval @ 20.1% Zn/1.7% Pb/9.5 g/t Ag) and, in the most recent 2026 program, a 15.0m intersection @ 7.0% Zn/3.2% Pb/17.5 g/t Ag -- described by the company as its strongest zinc-silver intersection to date. Separately, InZinc's former flagship, the West Desert project in Utah, was OPTIONED to American West Metals Limited (an ASX-listed private-at-the-time company) under a 2021 Option Agreement granting American West a path to a 100% interest; InZinc retains a secondary interest -- 50% of net-smelter-return revenue from indium sales at West Desert (reducible to 25% if American West pays InZinc US$5,000,000 before first indium sale) -- plus an equity investment in American West Metals itself. West Desert is a secondary asset, not a project InZinc operates.

What goes into it
  • Jurisdiction (40%)9/10

British Columbia: Fraser PPI 2025 is 74.28 of 100 (rank 31 of 68), which maps to 9 on this site's scale. The West Desert royalty/equity interest (Utah, USA) is real but is American West Metals' operated project, not InZinc's own, and does not change the flagship jurisdiction.

  • Infrastructure (40%)6.4/10

Confirmed road access at Indy Zinc-Lead-Silver-Gallium Project, southeast of Prince George, British Columbia, Canada; existing mill, grid power, and tailings facility not yet researched, counted at a neutral 5/10 until established.

  • Nearby producing mine (20%)Not yet researched

No project coordinates on file yet, so distance to a producing mine can't be measured.

Acquisition Susceptibility

How this is calculated
3.2/10
Unlikely bolt-onFits the takeout profile

A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal in the research, a producer that already owns part of the company, is scored from its disclosed strategic shareholders. A producer that is a joint-venture or earn-in partner on the project, rather than a shareholder, isn't captured yet.

How this score is built

  • Disclosed pending deal
    Sub-score: Not scored

No pending acquisition or merger disclosed (checked)

Not scored: having no deal in flight isn't held against a company.

  • Producer's strategic stake
    Sub-score: Not scored

No producer holds a disclosed stake on file (holder register researched) See holders

Not scored: most juniors that do get bought had no prior toehold, so a missing stake says little either way.

Technical Report Takeaways

InZinc Mining explores the 100%-owned Indy sedimentary-exhalative zinc-lead-silver-gallium-barite project 90km south-east of Prince George in central British Columbia, which spans 200 sq km along 30km of prospective strata. Diamond drilling in 2025 and 2026 delineated a high-grade replacement-style discovery at the B-9 Apex zone, including 4.2m at 15.4% zinc, 1.3% lead and 7.2 g/t silver, and the most recent 2026 program returned 15.0m at 7.0% zinc, 3.2% lead and 17.5 g/t silver, which the company calls its strongest zinc-silver intersection to date. Its former flagship, the West Desert project in Utah, is under a 2021 option agreement that gives American West Metals a path to 100%; InZinc keeps 50% of net smelter return revenue from indium sales at West Desert, reducible to 25% if American West pays it US$5,000,000 before the first indium sale, plus an equity investment in American West Metals.
