Infinitum Copper CorpI
Infinitum Copper Corp. (TSXV: INFI) is a Vancouver-based copper explorer that has sold almost all of its project interests and is looking for new projects. In December 2025 it closed the sale of its Mexican subsidiary Exploraciones Margarita, which held its 80% interest in the La Adelita copper-silver-gold project in Sonora and Sinaloa, to Kenadyr Metals (now Algo Grande Copper Corp.) for C$100,000 and 1,842,719 Algo Grande shares, plus 901,600 more shares after Algo Grande's financing. In January 2026 it sold 80% of its remaining interest in the Hot Breccia copper property in Arizona's Copper Belt, about 5 km northwest of Freeport's Christmas mine, to Prismo Metals for C$185,000 and Prismo's assumption of the remaining obligations under the underlying option agreement; Infinitum keeps a 5% interest that may be assigned to Prismo. It has no mineral resource estimate. A planned C$1.82 million private placement was cancelled in June 2026 for lack of investor interest.

Acquisition Susceptibility
A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal in the research, a producer that already owns part of the company, is scored from its disclosed strategic shareholders. A producer that is a joint-venture or earn-in partner on the project, rather than a shareholder, isn't captured yet.

- Disclosed pending dealSub-score: Not scored
No pending acquisition or merger disclosed (checked)
Not scored: having no deal in flight isn't held against a company.
Weight 26.25% - Producer's strategic stakeSub-score: Not scored
No producer holds a disclosed stake on file (holder register researched) See holders
Not scored: most juniors that do get bought had no prior toehold, so a missing stake says little either way.
