IDEX Metals Corp.I
IDEX Metals Corp. (TSXV: IDEX; OTCQB: IDXMF) completed a reverse-takeover go-public transaction (via Goodbridge Capital Corp.) with a concurrent C$5.0 million private placement, beginning trading on the TSXV in June 2025. Its flagship, 100%-owned Freeze Project (31,645 acres, part of a >46,000-acre Idaho land package alongside the earlier-stage Amie and Mineral Mountain projects) targets a copper-gold porphyry system in the newly emerging Idaho Copper Belt, ground that has separately drawn major-company interest (Barrick, Rio Tinto, BHP, Electrum, Teck all named as active in the district, not as IDEX partners). A fully-funded ~10,000m/20-hole 2026 diamond drill program (targeting 300-1,200m depths) began mobilizing in June 2026 following a 2026 IP geophysical survey over the Kismet-North Breccia-Frostfall targets; drilling reached the North Breccia target by late June 2026. No NI 43-101 Mineral Resource has been defined at Freeze or either of the other two projects.

Acquisition Susceptibility
A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal in the research, a producer that already owns part of the company, is scored from its disclosed strategic shareholders. A producer that is a joint-venture or earn-in partner on the project, rather than a shareholder, isn't captured yet.
How this score is built

No pending acquisition or merger disclosed (checked)
Not scored: having no deal in flight isn't held against a company.
Weight 26.25% - Producer's strategic stakeSub-score: Not scored
No producer holds a disclosed stake on file (holder register researched) See holders
Not scored: most juniors that do get bought had no prior toehold, so a missing stake says little either way.
