Haranga Resources Limited is an ASX-listed explorer with gold and uranium projects in southeastern Senegal. Its most-advanced project is the 70%-owned Saraya uranium project (~1,650km2, East Senegal), which carries a JORC 2012 Inferred + Indicated Mineral Resource of 16.11 million pounds eU3O8 (558ppm average grade, 250ppm cutoff), built on more than 65,000m of historical drilling; 37% of the resource is now classified Indicated (6.04Mlb at 752ppm) following a 2024 upgrade, with 10.1Mlb Inferred at 484ppm. The company also holds a smaller uranium exploration interest in California.

Unlikely bolt-onFits the takeout profile

A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal the underlying research identifies — whether a major already holds a JV, earn-in, or 5–19.9% strategic stake — isn't tracked yet and is absent from this score.

Technical Report Takeaways

Multi-project company: stage/commodity set by Saraya (uranium), the most-advanced project on the resource-vs-no-resource test, per this schema's multi-project convention (prisma/schema.prisma Miner.stage doc comment) -- not by Ibel South (gold), which remains pre-resource despite recent high-grade drilling. No PEA/scoping study economics found for Saraya this pass (company has indicated it is still working toward one) -- dcfNpvUsd/irrPct/mineLifeYears genuinely absent, not an unresearched gap. cashPositionUsd deliberately NOT written: no primary-sourced, dated current cash figure was found this pass (stockanalysis.com's balance-sheet data was 8 months stale at Dec 2025; the company's Jun 2026 Appendix 5B report was not accessible this pass, listcorp.com returning 403) -- a future pass should pull it directly from Haranga's own ASX announcements.
