G Mining Ventures Corp. and G2 Goldfields Inc. announced a definitive agreement on April 9, 2026. G Mining Ventures Corp. completed its acquisition of G2 Goldfields Inc. on July 29, 2026 via a court-approved plan of arrangement. Each G2 Goldfields share was exchanged for 0.212 of a GMIN share plus 0.50 of a share in the newly spun-off G3 Goldfields Inc. G2 is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of GMIN and no longer trades independently. Combines GMIN's Oko West Project with G2's Oko-Ghanie Project into a single Tier-1 Oko Project in Guyana.
