CopperLennac Lake Porphyry Cu-Mo Property (100%, ~3,474ha, Omineca Mining Division, BC, ~18km NE of Granisle) -- grassroots, no resource yet Map

Goldhills Holding Ltd. (TSXV: GHL) -- despite its name, a copper-molybdenum explorer, not gold -- holds 100% of the Lennac Lake Porphyry Cu-Mo Property (~3,474 hectares, expanded via 2 additional claims staked Jul 2024) in west-central British Columbia's Omineca Mining Division, ~18km northeast of Granisle in the historic Babine porphyry copper-molybdenum district. Copper-molybdenum showings at Lennac Lake were first identified by Amax Exploration in 1971; two 2012 drill holes confirmed porphyry Cu+/-Mo mineralization hosted in potassic-altered porphyritic intrusive rock to depths greater than 300m, remaining open. The company has applied for a Notice of Work drilling permit to test the West Zone (4 planned drill sites, ~2,800m) to confirm the historic copper mineralization.

Acquisition Susceptibility

How this is calculated
3.1/10
Unlikely bolt-onFits the takeout profile

A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal in the research, a producer that already owns part of the company, is scored from its disclosed strategic shareholders. A producer that is a joint-venture or earn-in partner on the project, rather than a shareholder, isn't captured yet.

How this score is built

Not scored: most juniors that do get bought had no prior toehold, so a missing stake says little either way.

Technical Report Takeaways

Despite its name, Goldhills Holding is a copper-molybdenum explorer: it holds 100% of the Lennac Lake porphyry copper-molybdenum property, about 3,474 hectares in the Omineca Mining Division of west-central British Columbia, about 18km north-east of Granisle in the historic Babine porphyry district. Copper-molybdenum showings at Lennac Lake were first identified by Amax Exploration in 1971, and two holes drilled in 2012 confirmed porphyry copper-molybdenum mineralization in potassic-altered porphyritic intrusive rock to depths of more than 300m, open at depth. The company has applied for a drilling permit to test the West Zone from 4 planned drill sites with about 2,800m of drilling. No NI 43-101 resource has been estimated.
