Foran Mining Corporation (formerly TSX: FOM) was a Saskatoon-headquartered developer of the McIlvenna Bay copper-zinc-gold-silver VMS deposit in Saskatchewan, ~65 km west of Flin Flon, Manitoba -- described by the company as the only environmentally-permitted, single-asset copper development in North America advancing through construction. Eldorado Gold Corporation agreed to acquire all outstanding Foran shares on 2 February 2026 (Foran shareholders approved the deal 7 April 2026), and completed the acquisition by way of a court-approved plan of arrangement on 14 April 2026: each Foran share was exchanged for 0.1128 of an Eldorado common share plus C$0.01 cash, ~C$3.8 billion in total implied consideration. Foran shares were delisted from the TSX and OTCQX on or about 15 April 2026, and Foran's results have been consolidated into Eldorado's from the closing date. Eldorado announced first copper concentrate production at McIlvenna Bay in June 2026 and was targeting commercial production in Q3 2026.

Milestones are recorded only from a company's own dated disclosure. A milestone with no date shown is one we can confirm was reached but for which no date was disclosed — we don't estimate one. "Not yet reached" means exactly that, not that a date is missing. An "Expected" line likewise only ever reflects the company's own guidance (e.g. a study or permit decision targeted for a stated quarter) — most not-yet-reached milestones have none, and that absence means no such guidance has been disclosed, not that one is overdue.
