Eloro Resources Ltd. is advancing the large Iska Iska silver-tin polymetallic discovery in Potosi Department, southern Bolivia. An Apr 2026 updated Mineral Resource Estimate reported an Indicated Resource of 85.17Mt at 40 g/t Ag (78.38 g/t AgEq) containing 109.53Moz silver, plus an Inferred Resource of 945.43Mt at 8.5 g/t Ag (22.04 g/t AgEq) containing 248.60Moz silver -- over 350Moz of contained silver combined, alongside associated zinc, lead, and tin. Following the positive updated MRE, the company commenced an expansion diamond-drilling program (Major Drilling Group International engaged, two rigs mobilized with a third planned within three months; up to 40,000-50,000m planned across ~75 holes) aimed at better defining the higher-grade Ag-Sn zones ahead of a planned Preliminary Economic Assessment. The company was accepted into the U.S. Defense Industrial Base Consortium (reflecting the project's tin content) and has completed its option payments on the Iska Iska property. As of Mar 2026 the company held CA$25 million in cash and was debt-free. Chairman & CEO is Tom Larsen.

What goes into it
  • Jurisdiction (40%)4/10

Potosi Department, southern Bolivia -- a historic mining region with a long silver-mining tradition, but Bolivia carries real risk from political instability, resource-nationalism rhetoric, and a less predictable federal fiscal/permitting regime than top-tier jurisdictions.

  • Infrastructure (40%)6.4/10

Confirmed road access at Iska Iska Silver-Tin Polymetallic Project, Potosi Department, Bolivia; existing mill, grid power, and tailings facility not yet researched, counted at a neutral 5/10 until established.

Acquisition Susceptibility

How this is calculated
3.9/10
Unlikely bolt-onFits the takeout profile

A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal in the research, a producer that already owns part of the company, is scored from its disclosed strategic shareholders. A producer that is a joint-venture or earn-in partner on the project, rather than a shareholder, isn't captured yet.

How this score is built

  • Disclosed pending deal
    Sub-score: Not scored

No pending acquisition or merger disclosed (checked)

Not scored: having no deal in flight isn't held against a company.

  • Producer's strategic stake
    Sub-score: Not scored

No producer holds a disclosed stake on file (holder register researched) See holders

Not scored: most juniors that do get bought had no prior toehold, so a missing stake says little either way.

Technical Report Takeaways

Eloro Resources is advancing the Iska Iska silver-tin polymetallic discovery in Potosi Department, southern Bolivia, and has completed its option payments on the property. The April 2026 updated resource has 109,530,000 oz of silver indicated (85.17 Mt at 40 g/t silver, or 78.38 g/t silver-equivalent), with no measured category, plus 248,600,000 oz inferred (945.43 Mt at 8.5 g/t silver), alongside zinc, lead and tin. In May 2026 the company began a 40,000 m, roughly 75-hole expansion drilling program aimed at better defining the higher-grade silver-tin zones, particularly in the Santa Barbara zone, ahead of a planned preliminary economic assessment. Reflecting the project's tin content, Eloro has been accepted into the U.S. Defense Industrial Base Consortium.
