A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal the underlying research identifies — whether a major already holds a JV, earn-in, or 5–19.9% strategic stake — isn't tracked yet and is absent from this score.

Technical Report Takeaways

Tumas Uranium Project (Namibia), Deep Yellow's flagship, FEASIBILITY stage. Sept 2024 updated resource across all Tumas deposits: Measured+Indicated of 102.1 Mlb U3O8, plus 16.1 Mlb Inferred (total resource 118.2 Mlb). A subsequent DFS-linked reserve update targets a 35+ year mine life and cites a broader ~137 Mlb total-resource figure with a 79.5 Mlb Reserve and 30.8 Mlb Inferred remaining outside the reserve -- these later, DFS-vintage figures were not used here as their own precise M&I split wasn't confirmed to the same primary-source clarity as the Sept 2024 statement, so the more conservative, clearly-categorised Sept 2024 M&I figure (102.1 Mlb) is written. Deep Yellow's second project, Mulga Rock (Western Australia), is not included in this figure.
