It holds a 100% interest in the Golden Repeat property (49 claims, ~392 hectares) in northwestern Elko County, Nevada, on the north slope of the Midas Trough along the Carlin Trend within the Northern Nevada Rift, and a 100% interest in the Thundercloud gold property (~2,250 hectares) southeast of Dryden in northern Ontario. Also trades FWB/FSE: D5G1 and OTC: DGDCF. Both projects are early-stage with no published resource estimate.
