Infrastructure (40%)1.4/10
No confirmed mill, no confirmed road access, and no confirmed tailings facility at Hat Polymetallic Project (Sphaler Zone), British Columbia; grid power not yet researched, counted at a neutral 5/10 until established.
Nearby producing mine (20%)Not yet researched
No producing mine within 50 km in our reference list (nearest listed: Red Chris (Newmont Corporation / Imperial Metals), 119 km). That list doesn't cover every mining district yet, so a longer distance isn't scored as remote.
Acquisition Susceptibility
A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal in the research, a producer that already owns part of the company, is scored from its disclosed strategic shareholders. A producer that is a joint-venture or earn-in partner on the project, rather than a shareholder, isn't captured yet.
How this score is built
- Disclosed pending dealSub-score:10/10
Disclosed pending acquisition
A disclosed pending acquisition scores 10 and a merger 8.5; any other corporate action, none, or a deal in which the company is the buyer isn't scored.

No producer holds a disclosed stake on file (holder register researched) See holders
Not scored: most juniors that do get bought had no prior toehold, so a missing stake says little either way.

Reports, Presentations & Documents
Despite its name, Doubleview Gold is primarily a copper developer: its 100%-owned, roughly 18,000-hectare Hat polymetallic porphyry project in British Columbia's Golden Triangle carries copper, gold, silver, cobalt and scandium. The resource estimate effective 25 February 2026 has 609 Mt measured and indicated at 0.43% CuEq plus 503 Mt inferred at 0.41% CuEq, at a 0.2% CuEq cut-off. The base case (Scenario A2) of the March 2026 preliminary economic assessment shows an after-tax NPV5% of US$4,911M (CAD 6,727M) and a 23% IRR at US$4.88/lb copper, with initial capital of US$2,628.5M (CAD 3,601M), a 25-year mine life at 120,000 t/d and an all-in sustaining cost of US$2.03/lb of copper equivalent. In June 2026 the company began a formal strategic review with Canaccord Genuity as financial adviser, focused mainly on a potential sale of the company or the Hat project.
