Insiders, Investors & Smart Money
Notable shareholders and insiders whose involvement is worth knowing about, plus what we're seeing from institutional/large-investor activity.
Equinox Partners Investment Management LLC holds 12.29% of Cygnus (scheme booklet, 6 August 2026); it is a genuine, well-documented precious-metals and resources specialist fund run by Sean Fieler. Ocean Partners Holdings Limited, a genuine base-metals concentrate trading company, holds 12.72% (same source); Central Asia Metals has a call option over most of those shares. ASA Gold and Precious Metals Limited, a genuine specialist precious-metals fund, also appears on the register -- across two separately-reported holdings totalling roughly 10.6% -- though Equinox's larger stake is what actually drives this score.
