Its flagship, the Skyline Project, comprises five 100%-owned exploration licences totalling 569km2, making CopperCorp the largest tenement holder in the state. At Skyline's Alpine Stellar prospect, the company has defined an Exploration Target (JORC-code terminology for a preliminary, not-yet-drilling-verified tonnage/grade range, explicitly not a Mineral Resource Estimate) of 15-25Mt at 0.6-0.8% Cu, roughly 120,000-150,000 tonnes of contained copper. The company's second project, AMC Copper Project, targets further prospects along the same trend. In 2024 Crescat Portfolio Management LLC (on behalf of its Pooled Investment Funds) made a strategic private-placement investment of up to C$500,000 (up to 9.9% of CopperCorp's shares) -- an investment in the company, not a project-level joint venture.
