Legacy interest — not in the default listings

Bluebird divested both of its gold projects and now holds only three residual interests left over from those exits: a 10% perpetual profit share in the Batangas Gold Project in the Philippines, and 2.5% net smelter return royalties on the former Gubong and Kochang mines in South Korea. None of the three is in production, and none carries any value in the company's own reported net asset value. Bluebird has announced a transition to a gold streaming and treasury model, but as of August 2026 that gold streaming product is still in development -- no gold stream or mining royalty has been acquired, and no counterparty has been named. Its actual revenue and assets are Bitcoin-hashrate streaming and a gold and cryptocurrency treasury, on a total net asset value of around US$1.2 million.

Bluebird Mining Ventures Ltd (LSE: BMV; formerly Bluebird Merchant Ventures Ltd, renamed September 2024; incorporated in the British Virgin Islands) completed a strategic pivot, concluded via a 2 Dec 2025 RNS strategic review, from a gold-project developer to a capital-light gold-streaming, royalty and treasury company. It retains a 10% perpetual profit share (plus a per-ounce sales bonus) in the Batangas Gold Project (Lobo, Batangas, Philippines), now operated by an unnamed local partner under a Jul 2025 agreement under which BMV incurs no further project expenditure; the project carries a JORC-compliant 440,000 oz gold resource and a 128,000 oz maiden ore reserve, with a Declaration of Mining Project Feasibility and an Environmental Compliance Certificate still required before a production decision. It also retains 2.5% net smelter return royalties on the former Gubong and Kochang gold-silver mines (South Korea), transferred outright to 1575275 B.C. Ltd in Jun 2026 for nominal consideration after BMV explicitly abandoned Korean permitting as no longer aligned with strategy; neither Korean asset has a current JORC resource estimate. BMV's actual current revenue comes from its Texas and Cascadia gold/Bitcoin streaming arrangements and a physical gold, Bitcoin and Tether Gold treasury -- none of its three retained mining royalty interests is yet producing.

Milestones are recorded only from a company's own dated disclosure. A milestone with no date shown is one we can confirm was reached but for which no date was disclosed — we don't estimate one. "Not yet reached" means exactly that, not that a date is missing. An "Expected" line likewise only ever reflects the company's own guidance (e.g. a study or permit decision targeted for a stated quarter) — most not-yet-reached milestones have none, and that absence means no such guidance has been disclosed, not that one is overdue.

  • Jurisdiction (40%, counts 100% here)5/10

South Korea (Gubong, Kochang), the company's other asset base, is a materially lower-risk developed-economy jurisdiction; this single company-level score is anchored to the more advanced, higher-risk Philippine asset rather than blended.

  • Infrastructure (40%)Not scored

A royalty/streaming company holds interests in other operators' mines rather than building its own, so a flagship infrastructure checklist isn't scored for it.

  • Nearby producing mine (20%)Not scored

Not scored for a royalty/streaming company, which doesn't build or run a mine of its own.

Royalty & Streaming Portfolio

Bluebird Mining Ventures Ltd does not operate mines, so it has no technical study of its own. What it holds instead is a book of royalty and stream interests in other companies' assets -- the portfolio below. Only figures the company has actually disclosed are shown; nothing here is estimated.
