Beacon Minerals Limited
Beacon Minerals is a dividend-paying gold producer in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia, centered on the Jaurdi Gold Project (acquired 2017) 35 km north of Coolgardie. The 100%-owned Jaurdi processing plant, commissioned in 2019 at a 500,000 tpa design capacity, now runs above 800,000 tpa; the company produced 5,241 oz gold in its June 2026 quarter (A$30 million in gold sales) and completed a 40:1 capital consolidation in 2025. Growth projects include the nearby MacPhersons Project and the emerging Lady Ida-Iguana development area.

Construction Milestones
5 of 5 reached- Reached — date not disclosed · WA's Department of Water and Environmental Regulation granted works approval to construct and commission Beacon's 500,000 tpa Jaurdi gold processing facility, reported Sept 14, 2018; exact grant day not independently confirmed. · Source
- Reached — date not disclosed · No distinct FID release was found separate from the 2018 plant-construction works approval; Beacon proceeded directly from permit approval into construction/mining given the project's relatively low-capex toll-style redevelopment of existing infrastructure. · Source
- Reached — date not disclosed · Beacon began mining (earthworks: ~103,000 bank cubic metres of topsoil/waste removed from Panel 1) at Jaurdi in August 2018, concurrent with receiving the plant construction works approval. · Source
- Sep 2019 · First gold bullion (~257 oz) from the newly commissioned Jaurdi processing plant was sold; commercial production declared effective October 1, 2019. · Source
- Oct 2019 · Genuinely reached with a clean, single, well-documented date: Beacon's Jaurdi Gold Project (Western Australia) reached commercial production on schedule 2019-10-01 (first gold sold September 2019), and the Jaurdi processing plant remains Beacon's continuously-operating flagship today. Multiple satellite ore sources have since been added and processed through the SAME Jaurdi plant -- Lady Ida/Iguana (the current main feed, commenced April 2026) and MacPhersons Reward (mined 2024 through February 2026, now concluded and being divested to Forrestania) -- matching the Sao Chico/Palito and TXG/Media Luna satellite-addition precedent (batch5), these later additions do not reset the original 2019-10-01 milestone. This row was missing entirely prior to 2026-08-21 -- a genuine data gap, not a stage error; Miner.stage was already correctly PRODUCTION. · Source
Milestones are recorded only from a company's own dated disclosure. A milestone with no date shown is one we can confirm was reached but for which no date was disclosed — we don't estimate one. "Not yet reached" means exactly that, not that a date is missing. An "Expected" line likewise only ever reflects the company's own guidance (e.g. a study or permit decision targeted for a stated quarter) — most not-yet-reached milestones have none, and that absence means no such guidance has been disclosed, not that one is overdue.
A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal the underlying research identifies — whether a major already holds a JV, earn-in, or 5–19.9% strategic stake — isn't tracked yet and is absent from this score.

Insiders, Investors & Smart Money
Notable shareholders and insiders whose involvement is worth knowing about, plus what we're seeing from institutional/large-investor activity.
Checked, and this register is almost entirely individuals rather than outside institutions. The top 20 holders own 72.55% of issued capital, led by Colin Petroulas at about 12.7%, executive chairman Graham McGarry at about 11.7% and Geoffrey Greenhill at about 6.55%. No specialist resource fund and no producer or strategic corporate holder is disclosed. McGarry did commit real cash, buying twice in March and May 2025, but that is now more than a year old. A concentrated founder-owned gold producer is a legitimate structure -- it is simply not the outside-validation signal this score measures.

Reports, Presentations & Documents
Beacon's original Jaurdi PFS-era resource (Lost Dog palaeochannel, ~126,000 oz reserve) was fully mined out and removed from the Mineral Resource/Reserve statement once that operation ceased. Production has since resumed at the nearby Lady Ida-Iguana development: first gold pour from Lady Ida-Iguana was 1 Apr 2026, and the Jun 2026 quarter (first full quarter of the new operation) delivered 5,241 oz (4,566 oz from Lady Ida ore, 675 oz from low-grade stockpiles). The Iguana deposit itself carries a 609koz JORC Mineral Resource, but this pass could not locate a Measured/Indicated/Inferred category breakdown for that figure (only the total), so ouncesFound is left null rather than assuming it clears the M+I-only bar this repo uses. The Lizard deposit (also part of Lady Ida) has no resource yet -- maiden JORC estimate planned for later in 2026. No NPV/IRR/mine-life study located for the current Lady Ida-Iguana mine plan.
